Christmas!!!

Christmas was soooo much fun this year! It was the first year that Brayden really understood everything about Christmas, and it was the first time I realized there are very few years where all your kids believe in Santa Claus!  It was so much fun to write Santa letters, and open our 25 days of Christmas,(Thank you Grandma and Grandpa Tamblyn!!), and leaving cookies for Santa, and seeing Brayden's face when he realized there was a new toy in his bed.  The best  part was seeing them enjoy their presents from Santa! I don't think I saw Alex all day except for when I made him eat something! Brandon and I agree it must have been his best day ever! I didn't even get a picture of him playing with his Bat Cave :(
The night before on Christmas Eve, Amber and Mike came down and our friends the Hoyt's came over again this year, which is a great tradition! We had a yummy dinner, and I didn't take one picture!! We'll have to do better about that next year!
Christmas day we opened presents and did not get out of our pajamas.  Best day ever! We were so grateful we didn't end up in the hospital like last year!  Although we came close! Preston had a 103.6 temperature that wouldn't go down with Motrin or Tylenol!  Thanks to our Dr Russ though for answering my call at 5:00 AM, his time, we just pushed him full of fluids.  He basically slept for 2 1/2 days, and voila, he was better! We were also grateful for Walgreens for being open 24 hrs even on Christmas Eve because believe it or not, I didn't own a thermometer!
Now for the pictures I promised my mom :) There are a lot!
The boys reading there new book from Grandma and Grandpa Tamblyn

Opening Christmas jammies from Grandma Butterfield, Preston was already asleep because of the fever :(
Santa came, Thanks Auntie Amber for the AMAZING craft drawers!!!

This is one of my favorite pictures because Brayden was trying to act nonchalant but he was so excited! If you click on the picture to make it bigger you will see how tense his neck is! He is so cute.  We were talking about whether or not Buzz Lightyear's wings actually popped out.  He was very specific in his letter to Santa. (FYI, the wings were to his liking :) )
Thanks to everyone for the packages! It so so fun getting FUN mail! We even got a package a few days after Christmas, just as the excitement was dying down!!
