So obviously the past week hasn't been the best of my life, but I did have 2 of my most favorite people with me. The above picture is one Brandon drew for me at work the other day. Can I tell you how excited I was that he actually drew something for ME? The last time he drew something just for me was 7 years ago when we were dating. Of course he is mad that our scanner doesn't do it justice, and it really doesn't, but I love it anyway, thanks B, I love you.My mom was able to come for the last 5 days. Whenever she is around things are not just bearable, they are great. It is hard to be sad around her because she just makes me happy. She is the reason I am a "little boulder" (only she knows what this means) It has really helped since I have been out here. I miss her already and I can't wait to see her on Wednesday. Thank you also to my awesome family and friends for being the perfect amount of sad with me. Love you, see you soon!

I'm so sorry for what you guys have gone through. That is never an easy thing. But I'm so glad you have each other and your family to lean on. You're right--mom's always make things easier somehow.
